Before You Visit
-
Reservations can be made online or over the phone. If you have reservations with us and the size of your party changes, please contact us with as much notice as possible so that we can make adjustments to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee seating at your reserved time if there is a change to your party size. If you are running late for a reservation, please contact us with as much notice as you can, and we will do our best to rearrange our other dining reservations. After 15 minutes the reservation is cancelled, and you are welcome to join us as a walk-in guest.

For parties of 5 or more, all guests must be present in order to be seated at your table. We are unable to accommodate partially arrived parties. Final head-counts are required upon arrival and the table will be adjusted to only accommodate the headcount that is given to our hosts. Any more guests who arrive after the party is seated, are not guaranteed seating in the same area. A credit card on file is required for parties of 5 or more, as well 24 hours notice if needing to cancel. If notice is not received there is a $25 per person charge. Please note, 20% gratuity is added to parties of 5 or more.
-
We understand some evenings are best celebrated with a special dessert or entire birthday cake, however, please note we are unable to safely store or refrigerate such items. We also apply a $3.50++ per person fee for staying in the restaurant to enjoy treats not from our dessert offerings; please inquire with a manager at the time of reservation.
A $40 corkage fee is levied for bringing a bottle of wine that is not on our current wine list. A $60 corkage fee is levied for any bottle that IS on our current wine list. A 677 Prime employee can only open and pour the bottle for the table.

There is an abundance of parking on the neighboring streets and the meters do not charge after 5:00p.m. The Quackenbush Garage is located behind 677 Prime and they charge between $5.00 and $15.00 per car after 5:00p.m. depending on whether there is a show in the downtown area. Classic Valet is an independent company that uses the parking lot for 677 Broadway and charges $10.00 per car. 677 Prime is not affiliated with the valet company.
